Terms Attachment A

Anti-Human Trafficking & Exploitation Policy

This Attachment forms part of the ImagiPortal Terms of Service and applies specifically to human trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual content, and child sexual abuse material. If it conflicts with the core Terms on these subjects, this Attachment controls.

Version 1.0 — Effective: August 1, 2026

1. Policy statement

ImagiPortal Inc. has zero tolerance for human trafficking, slavery, forced labor, child exploitation, child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”), non-consensual sexual content, or content that promotes or facilitates these harms. The Platform may not be used for illegal activity, exploitation, or abuse. Users, creators, employees, contractors, and partners must comply with applicable law, these Terms, and applicable payment-network rules.

2. Prohibited activities

Prohibited activity includes, without limitation:

  • engaging in, facilitating, promoting, soliciting, advertising, or condoning human trafficking or modern slavery;
  • using forced labor or unlawful child labor in connection with Platform activity or our operations;
  • uploading, generating, sharing, distributing, or promoting CSAM or any sexualized depiction of a minor;
  • uploading, generating, sharing, or distributing non-consensual intimate content, sexual violence, or exploitative physical abuse;
  • using the Platform to facilitate commercial sex involving force, fraud, coercion, or any person under 18; and
  • marketing, labeling, or presenting content in a manner that suggests child exploitation, trafficking, or non-consensual acts.

3. Age, consent, and moderation controls

  • Adults only. Platform users must be at least 18 years old. Users who submit content depicting a real person represent that each depicted person is an adult and that the user has all necessary rights and consent.
  • Risk-based verification. We may require reliable age, identity, ownership, or consent documentation from an uploader or a person depicted in content before or after publication when appropriate for safety, legal, or payment-network compliance.
  • Documented consent. Users must retain clear, unambiguous consent for content depicting real people and provide evidence to us when requested. We may restrict or remove content while consent or identity is disputed.
  • Screening and monitoring. We use a combination of automated safety systems, human moderation, public-content review, and user reports. These controls are risk-based and do not mean that every item of User Content is manually reviewed before transmission or publication.
  • Records. Moderation, complaint, verification, and enforcement records are retained as appropriate under applicable law, payment-network requirements, the Terms, and our Privacy Policy.

4. Reporting, review, and appeals

Report content using the in-product reporting controls, our Complaints Policy, or by emailing [email protected]. Include the content URL or identifier, the reason for the report, and any relevant context or evidence.

  • We aim to review and resolve complete complaints within five business days. Urgent safety measures, including disabling access to content, may be taken immediately. Complex investigations may take longer, but appropriate enforcement action will be taken within the timeframes stated in the Terms or required by law.
  • Content found to violate this Attachment may be removed or disabled immediately, and evidence may be preserved for safety, legal, or regulatory purposes.
  • Affected users and people depicted in reported content may request reconsideration through the appeal process described in the Complaints Policy. We may use an independent reviewer where appropriate or legally required.

5. Consequences of violation

Depending on severity, evidence, and legal obligations, action may include:

  • immediate removal or disabling of associated content;
  • warnings, restrictions, suspension, or permanent account, employment, or contract termination;
  • preservation of relevant records and cooperation with lawful investigations; and
  • reporting to NCMEC, law enforcement, payment partners, or other appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.

CSAM and comparable severe child-exploitation violations are subject to immediate account termination, permanent banning, evidence preservation, and required reporting.

6. Help and external reporting resources

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. The following United States resources may also assist; people outside the United States should contact the appropriate local authority or support service.
