Understand web plans, allowances, trials, Legacy Plus, and pay-as-you-go PORTI.

ImagiPortal combines free standard chat, optional subscriptions, and pay-as-you-go PORTI. Before a paid action begins, the app shows whether it is included, how much allowance remains, or how much PORTI it uses.
Ways to use ImagiPortal on the web

Memory does not depend on billing
Memory is available to every user in the same way. Plan changes do not add memory, remove memory, or change existing summaries, structured facts, shared memory, or cross-chat context.
What access messages mean

| Available with Pro | The named plan is a valid upgrade path |
| Fair-use controls apply | Reasonable safety and usage limits still apply |
Only successful actions count toward an allowance. A regeneration counts when it creates another successful result.
PORTI
Only the fixed packs shown on the Pricing page are sold: 500 for $5, 1,100 for $10, and 2,400 for $20 before any plan discount. Purchased PORTI does not expire. Pro, Max, Ultimate, and Legacy Plus discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
Promotional PORTI can have separate conditions. Welcome or referral PORTI alone does not unlock live 2D video calls, AI video, or 3D calls for a Free user; a completed PORTI purchase or qualifying subscription is required.
If access looks wrong
- Confirm that you are signed in to the account that made the purchase.
- After checkout or a billing change, wait a moment and refresh so the payment update can finish.
- Open Profile & settings → Subscription & usage to check the plan and renewal state.
- Review the action message for remaining allowance, reset time, PORTI cost, and available next actions.
- Do not start a duplicate checkout while the first payment may still be processing.
