Plans and Subscriptions
Compare Free, Plus, Pro, Max, Ultimate, the optional Pro trial, Legacy Plus, and PORTI.

ImagiPortal on the web has five public plans. The Pricing page is the current source for prices and the full activity table.

Annual plans are billed as the displayed annual total and equal ten monthly payments. New plans are offered only monthly or annually.
Memory is included for everyone
Memory is a core ImagiPortal behavior, not a paid feature. Current summaries, structured facts, shared memory, cross-chat memory, and context behavior work in the same way on Free, trial, and every paid plan. Changing or canceling a plan does not hide, shorten, or delete stored memory.
How included allowances work
Before an activity starts, the app shows one of four messages:
- Included: no routine PORTI charge
- Allowance: usage is included until the displayed limit
- PORTI: the action uses the displayed pay-as-you-go cost
- Unavailable: the app explains the requirement and valid next step
Only successful actions use an allowance. Failed, rejected, canceled, and interrupted generations do not count.
Daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC. Monthly allowances renew on the plan's monthly cycle, including for annual subscriptions.
“Unlimited” means the activity does not normally use PORTI. Fair-use, safety, and availability limits still apply.

Creating a character is available on every plan. Images used for avatars, worlds, selfies, Try-On, and other visual creation share the image allowance or use PORTI. Character publishing uses PORTI on Free and during a trial; it is included with paid plans and Legacy Plus.
For Free users, live 2D video calls, AI video, and 3D calls require PORTI from a completed purchase. Welcome or referral PORTI alone does not unlock these features.
Optional Pro trial
Eligible web users may receive an optional 3-day Pro trial. Eligible referred users receive 7 days instead. The trial requires explicit confirmation, phone verification, and a payment method, and it converts to monthly Pro at $15 unless canceled.
The trial has starter allowances. The complete recurring Pro allowances begin after the first successful payment. Read Pro Trial and Full Pro for the exact comparison, reset rules, early paid activation, and cancellation details.
PORTI packs
Purchased PORTI is available separately from subscriptions and does not expire. The fixed packs are 500, 1,100, and 2,400 PORTI.
Your plan discount is applied automatically at checkout:
- Pro: 10%
- Max and Legacy Plus: 15%
- Ultimate: 20%
- Free, Plus, and trial: list price
Promotional and referral PORTI can have different usage conditions from purchased PORTI. It cannot by itself unlock live 2D video, AI video, or 3D calls for a Free account. Buying a character in the marketplace still uses PORTI.
Legacy Plus
If your subscription is called Legacy Plus, you are on an older plan that is no longer offered. Your price and benefits stay the same while it remains active. If you cancel it, you can later choose one of the current plans, but you cannot restart Legacy Plus.
Manage, change, or cancel a plan
Open Profile & settings → Subscription & usage, then choose Manage billing. You can review your active plan, renewal date, payment method, and any scheduled cancellation.
- Upgrades begin immediately. The price is adjusted for the time remaining in your current billing period.
- Downgrades begin on your next renewal date.
- If you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- When you upgrade, usage from the current period is carried forward and the higher plan adds the difference in allowance.
After checkout or a billing change, allow a short time for the payment update to finish, then refresh the account. Do not begin another checkout while the first one is still processing.
Using your plan on iPhone or iPad
Website plans and App Store subscriptions currently offer different access:
- Pro, Max, Ultimate, and an active Pro trial include premium access in the current iPhone and iPad app.
- The new $5 Plus website plan does not include premium access in the current iPhone and iPad app.
- Existing Legacy Plus and App Store subscriptions continue to work as before.
