Pro Trial and Full Pro
Compare the optional Pro trial with the full paid Pro plan, including allowances, renewal, and cancellation.

The optional Pro trial lets eligible web users experience premium chat, images, generated voice, and live calls before paying for a subscription.
The standard trial lasts 3 days. An eligible user who joined through a referral receives 7 days instead. Both versions have the same trial allowances.
The trial is not the complete monthly Pro plan. Some allowances are smaller during the free period, and the full recurring Pro allowances begin after the first successful payment.

Images used for chat, standalone generation, selfies, Try-On, avatars, and worlds share the same image allowance. Only successful actions use an allowance. Failed, rejected, canceled, or interrupted generations do not count.
How trial allowances reset
The 20-image allowance resets every day at 00:00 UTC.
The generated-voice, live-voice, and live-video amounts are totals for the entire trial. They do not reset each day. This is the same whether the trial lasts 3 days or 7 days.
After the first successful Pro payment, the trial usage no longer reduces the new paid-plan allowances. The full paid Pro cycle begins with its own allowances and renewal date.
How to start the trial
The trial never starts automatically. Eligible users may see the offer after beginning to use ImagiPortal or trying to open a Pro feature.
To start:
- Choose Try Pro free.
- Verify your phone with the SMS code you receive.
- Add a payment method in the secure checkout.
- Confirm that the trial will renew as monthly Pro at $15 unless canceled.
Phone verification helps keep the one-time promotional offer fair. It does not replace ImagiPortal's age-confirmation requirements.
If phone verification is temporarily unavailable, you can continue using Free access, buy PORTI, or subscribe without a trial.
What happens when the trial ends
Unless you cancel, the trial converts to the $15 monthly Pro plan. After the first successful payment, the full Pro allowances in the table above begin.
You can also start a paid plan before the trial ends. ImagiPortal asks you to confirm that the remaining free period will end immediately. After payment, your selected paid plan and its full allowances begin.
If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged for the conversion. Trial access remains available until the displayed trial end time.
Open Profile & settings → Subscription & usage → Manage billing to review or cancel the trial.
Referral trial
An eligible referral replaces the standard 3-day offer with a 7-day Pro trial. It does not add another trial or stack with a previous one.
The referred user also receives 250 promotional PORTI instead of the standard 100 PORTI starter amount. Promotional PORTI has separate conditions and cannot by itself unlock live 2D video calls, AI video, or 3D calls on a Free account.
