Author Dashboard

The Author Dashboard brings together activity and earnings information for your public AI characters. It becomes useful after at least one of your characters is published in the Arena.

The dashboard never shows the private content of another user's chats, calls, or Global Memory.

Open the dashboard

On a laptop or desktop, open your profile and select Author Dashboard.

On mobile, open the profile area and select Author Dashboard. This option appears after you have a published character.

You can also open the dashboard from your public creator gallery.

Basic view

The Basic view gives you a quick summary of recent performance:

• Earned: royalties recorded from eligible activity
• Awaiting payout: royalties waiting for distribution
• Paid out: royalties already added through completed payout events
• Top Characters: your strongest characters by earnings
• Earnings Trend: how recorded earnings changed over time

This view is designed for a quick check without requiring you to understand every available metric.

Advanced view

The Advanced view lets you choose a recent or all-time period and explore three areas.

Overview

The overview combines:

• Earned, awaiting-payout, paid-out, and expired royalty totals
• The current distribution rate
• Number of user interactions
• PORTI spent by users in eligible activity
• Public and active character counts
• Total likes
• All-time royalty and payout information
• Creator leaderboard information when available

Trends

Trends show how activity changes by day. You can compare earnings, interactions, and user PORTI spend across the selected period.

Characters

The character performance table shows each character separately, including:

• Public or unpublished status
• Likes and interactions
• User PORTI spend
• Earned, awaiting-payout, paid-out, and expired royalties
• Most recent activity

Characters are sorted by earnings so you can quickly see which experiences are performing best.

Data timing

The dashboard shows when its snapshot was generated. It also displays the current statistics refresh and royalty distribution schedule.

Use the schedule shown in the app as the source of truth because operational timing can change. Select Refresh to request the latest available dashboard snapshot.

If the dashboard is empty

If you have no public characters, the dashboard asks you to publish one in the Arena. A private character does not collect public engagement or public royalty data.

If a selected period has no activity, try a longer period or All. An unpublished character can still appear in historical performance information.

Use the information

Look for patterns rather than a single number. A character with growing interactions, repeat activity, and user spend may be building a stronger audience. Use those signals to improve future characters and decide where to focus your creative work.
