Information ImagiPortal Uses

ImagiPortal uses information that you provide, information created while you use the service, and technical information from your device. Different features need different information.

Account and profile information

Account information can include your email address, username, profile details, authentication information, age confirmation, subscription status, settings, and support requests.

ImagiPortal uses this information to create and secure your account, remember your settings, provide support, and apply the correct access level.

Payment providers process payment details for subscriptions and PORTI purchases. ImagiPortal receives the information needed to record the transaction and your access. See Plans and Subscriptions for the product workflow.

Content and conversations

Information you create or submit can include:

• Chat messages, prompts, and roleplay content
• Voice messages and call information
• AI character profiles, worlds, and voice choices
• Uploaded photos, reference images, and other media
• Generated images, audio, and videos
• Global Memory summaries and saved details
• Marketplace, publishing, and IP-registration information

This information is processed to deliver the feature you requested. Some features use external service providers for AI generation, voice, calls, storage, authentication, payments, security, or other essential operations.

Technical and usage information

ImagiPortal can collect technical and activity information such as:

• Device, browser, operating system, and approximate location based on network information
• Login, session, security, and error information
• Pages and features used
• Generation, interaction, and transaction activity
• Cookies and similar technologies
• Service usage statistics used to understand and improve product features

This information supports authentication, security, fraud prevention, service reliability, usage analysis, product improvement, and communications described in the Privacy Policy.

ImagiPortal does not use third-party tracking.

Why information is used

The main product purposes include:

• Operating chats, calls, memory, generation, and creator features
• Personalizing the experience and remembering your choices
• Processing purchases and subscriptions
• Preventing fraud, abuse, and unsafe content
• Diagnosing errors and improving performance

Retention and deletion

Different categories of information are kept for different periods. Deleting an item from the visible app, deleting your sign-in account, and submitting a formal data-deletion request are different actions.
