Content Guidelines
Understand the main content rules for AI characters, prompts, uploads, conversations, generated media, and public publishing.
Updated July 25, 2026
ImagiPortal is an adults-only platform. Users must be at least 18 years old, and AI characters created on the platform must be adults.
These guidelines are a simple product explanation. The current Terms of Service are the formal source for the complete Acceptable Use Policy and enforcement rules.
Underage content
Content sexualizing children or minors is strictly prohibited. Severe violations can lead to content removal, account termination, evidence preservation, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
ImagiPortal also applies strict adult-subject checks to character creation and uploaded images. A character must be 18 or older. An image containing or appearing to contain an underage person can be blocked from selfie, Try-On, avatar, or video workflows.
If an adult image is blocked incorrectly, try a clearer adult portrait with good lighting and one visible person. Contact Support if the problem continues.
Other prohibited content
Do not use ImagiPortal to create, upload, publish, or distribute content involving:
- Graphic extreme violence, violent threats, terrorism, or instructions for weapons
- Hate, discrimination, or dehumanization of protected groups
- Non-consensual intimate material or sexualized deepfakes of real people
- Encouragement or instructions for self-harm or dangerous behavior
- Illegal activity, fraud, trafficking, or instructions for serious wrongdoing
- Harmful misinformation intended to deceive or cause harm
- Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations
- Doxing or disclosure of another person's private information
- Deceptive impersonation of a person, organization, or ImagiPortal
- Targeted harassment, bullying, or threats
- Malware, phishing, unauthorized access, or other security attacks
- Spam, artificial engagement, or coordinated manipulation
This summary is not exhaustive. Review the Terms of Service before publishing or commercially using content.
Real people and third-party material
Only upload an image, voice, text, or other material when you created it or have the necessary permission and rights.
Do not create deceptive or non-consensual media of a real person. Do not include private messages, addresses, contact details, financial information, health information, or identification documents without permission.
Where safety checks appear
Safety checks can be used during:
- AI character creation
- Image and video prompts
- Selfie, Try-On, avatar, and reference-image uploads
- Public-character review
- Other generation or publishing workflows
Private content must still follow the Terms of Service. Keeping a character private does not remove the content rules.
Understand the message
| Message | What it means |
|---|---|
| Prompt rejected | The submitted text was identified as prohibited |
| Image blocked | The uploaded image did not pass the image safety check |
| Character must be 18 or older | The character did not pass the adult-age requirement |
| Safety check failed | The technical safety service could not complete the check |
| Publication rejected | The character needs changes before it can be public |
A technical safety-check failure does not mean the content was judged unsafe. Wait briefly and retry once. If a prompt or image was blocked, remove the prohibited material instead of trying many small variations to evade the check.
If you disagree with a block
Save the exact message, feature, character, prompt, and approximate time. Do not include passwords or unnecessary private information. Then use the Support form described in Reporting and Contacting Support.
