Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your Adventurer Subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. Any unused PORTI tokens will remain in your account indefinitely.
What are PORTI tokens?
PORTI tokens are our in-platform currency that you can use for all interactions, including character chats, voice generation, AI chat image generation and character creation. Each action costs a specific amount of PORTI tokens as detailed in the pricing section above.
Do PORTI tokens expire?
No, PORTI tokens never expire! Once you purchase or receive tokens, they remain in your account until you use them. There is no time limit or expiration date, so you can use them at your own pace.
Can I earn free PORTI tokens?
Yes! You can earn PORTI tokens through our referral program. Share your invite code with friends or on social media - you will receive 100 PORTI for each friend who joins, and they will get an extra 250 PORTI bonus on top of their starter pack. You can find your invite code in your account settings. Additionally, you can earn tokens by being active in our community and reaching higher XP levels.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade from any one-time pack to another or switch to the Adventurer Subscription at any time. When upgrading, you will keep all your existing PORTI tokens and immediately gain access to the additional features of your new tier. If you're switching from one-time packs to a subscription, you'll start receiving your monthly benefits immediately.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of PORTI tokens, we generally do not offer refunds for purchased tokens once they have been added to your account. However, if you experience technical issues with your purchase or have not used any tokens from your pack, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase, and we will review your case. For Ultimate Pack members, our premium support team will handle your request with priority.
How do I earn XP and level up?
You earn XP through active participation in ImagiPortal. Create characters, engage in conversations, generate chat images, and receive interactions on your published characters. The more you contribute to the community, the faster you will progress through the levels, unlocking new benefits and opportunities along the way. At Master Crafter level, you can even earn royalties when other users interact with your published characters!
What is included in the Character Creators Guild?
The Character Creators Guild is an exclusive community for Master Crafters. Members get access to advanced character creation tools, monthly workshops, priority character visibility in the Arena, and the ability to earn royalties from character interactions. You will also collaborate directly with other master creators and help shape the future of ImagiPortal.
How does the early access program work?
Artisan members get first access to new features before they are released to the general public. This includes beta testing of new AI models, character creation tools, and platform updates. You will receive notifications when new features are available for early access.
