Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. Any unused PORTI tokens will remain in your account indefinitely.
What are PORTI tokens?
PORTI tokens are our in-platform currency that you can use for all interactions, including persona chats, voice generation, AI chat image generation and persona creation. Each action costs a specific amount of PORTI tokens as detailed in the pricing section above.
What's the difference between Blink and Turbo models?
Blink is our free, fast chat model available to all users with unlimited usage. It's perfect for quick interactions and casual conversations. Do PORTI tokens expire?
No, PORTI tokens never expire! Once you purchase or receive tokens, they remain in your account until you use them. There is no time limit or expiration date, so you can use them at your own pace.
Can I earn free PORTI tokens?

How do I earn XP and level up?

The more you contribute to the community, the faster you will progress through the levels, unlocking new benefits and opportunities along the way. At Master Crafter level, you can even earn royalties when other users interact with your published personas!

How does the early access program work?
