Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. Any unused PORTI tokens will remain in your account indefinitely.
What are PORTI tokens?
PORTI tokens are our in-platform currency that you can use for advanced interactions, including persona chats, voice generation for non-subscribers, AI chat image generation and persona creation. Each action costs a specific amount of PORTI tokens as detailed in the pricing section above, while subscribers enjoy voice and chat image generation without spending tokens.
What's the difference between Blink and Turbo models?
Blink is our free, fast chat model available to all users with unlimited usage. It's perfect for quick interactions and casual conversations. Turbo is our premium model with enhanced capabilities, deeper understanding, and more nuanced responses - now available with unlimited access for all subscribers. Non-subscribers can still use Turbo by spending PORTI tokens per message.

For a more balanced experience with better creativity and understanding, Turbo is ideal and free with subscription. Does Flare cost extra for subscribers?
No. Subscribers now get unlimited access to both Turbo and Flare. Non-subscribers can still enjoy Flare by spending PORTI tokens per message, and subscribers keep a 15% discount on extra PORTI packs for everything else.
Do PORTI tokens expire?
No, PORTI tokens never expire! Once you purchase or receive tokens, they remain in your account until you use them. There is no time limit or expiration date, so you can use them at your own pace.
Can I earn free PORTI tokens?
Yes! You can earn PORTI tokens through our referral program. Share your invite code with friends or on social media - you will receive 100 PORTI for each friend who joins, and they will get an extra 100 PORTI bonus on top of their starter pack. Can I upgrade my plan later?

What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of PORTI tokens, we generally do not offer refunds for purchased tokens once they have been added to your account. However, if you experience technical issues with your purchase or have not used any tokens from your pack, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase, and we will review your case. For Ultimate Pack members, our premium support team will handle your request with priority.
How do I earn XP and level up?
You earn XP through active participation in ImagiPortal. Create personas, engage in conversations, generate chat images, and receive interactions on your published personas. The more you contribute to the community, the faster you will progress through the levels, unlocking new benefits and opportunities along the way. At Master Crafter level, you can even earn royalties when other users interact with your published personas!
What is included in the Persona Creators Guild?
The Persona Creators Guild is an exclusive community for Master Crafters. Members get access to advanced persona creation tools, monthly workshops, priority persona visibility in the Arena, and the ability to earn royalties from persona interactions. How does the early access program work?
