Do PORTI tokens expire?
No, PORTI tokens never expire! Once you purchase or receive tokens, they remain in your account until you use them. There is no time limit or expiration date, so you can use them at your own pace.
What is the difference between Speed and Quality chat image generation?
Speed Model generates images quickly, perfect for rapid iterations and casual use. Quality Model uses a more sophisticated AI model that produces higher resolution images with better details, lighting, and composition - ideal for creating polished character portraits and world backgrounds. Choose Speed for quick experiments and Quality for final versions.
What is included in the Character Creators Guild?
The Character Creators Guild is an exclusive community for Master Crafters. Members get access to advanced character creation tools, monthly workshops, priority character visibility in the Arena, and the ability to earn royalties from character interactions. You will also collaborate directly with other master creators and help shape the future of ImagiPortal.
How does the early access program work?
Artisan members get first access to new features before they are released to the general public. This includes beta testing of new AI models, character creation tools, and platform updates. You will receive notifications when new features are available for early access.
Can I upgrade my subscription later?
Yes! You can upgrade from Starter to Power Pack or Ultimate Pack at any time. When upgrading, you will keep all your existing PORTI tokens and immediately gain access to the additional features of your new tier.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of PORTI tokens, we generally do not offer refunds for purchased tokens once they have been added to your account. However, if you experience technical issues with your purchase or have not used any tokens from your pack, please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase, and we will review your case. For Ultimate Pack members, our premium support team will handle your request with priority.
How do I earn XP and level up?
You earn XP through active participation in ImagiPortal. Create characters, engage in conversations, generate chat images, and receive interactions on your published characters. The more you contribute to the community, the faster you will progress through the levels, unlocking new benefits and opportunities along the way. At Master Crafter level, you can even earn royalties when other users interact with your published characters!
